Citation Clinical Labeling Systems is looking for a reliable, dependable, innovative Logistics Specialist to join our team of professionals. The successful applicant will be responsible for the warehouse/shipping department duties for the firm. The applicant will become instrumental in the forward growth of the company. He or she will report directly to Operations and will coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow. This position will coordinate the activities of all Shipping and Receiving to ensure accurate completion of any/all products coming into and out of the facility.


  • UPS and FedEx systems

  • International shipments

  • Bill of lading

  • Material handling

  • Shipping companies and Freight/Truckers

  • Ordering generic supplies

  • Outgoing shipments – time sensitive deadlines

Experience/Job Requirements

  • High School or General Education Degree
  • Well Organized
  • International shipments & all related paperwork
  • Multi-Lingual +
  • Must possess a high level of energy
  • cGMP experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift packages up to 70 lbs +
  • Must possess computer skills, including knowledge of the UPS and FedEx systems
  • Must possess the abilities to understand Citation Clinical Labeling Systems documentation and paperwork
  • Math: Must be able to count accurately, add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • Language: Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing to interact with customers and co-workers
  • Mechanical: Be able to operate all job-related plant equipment
  • Spatial: Must have excellent eyesight, hearing, and depth perception


  • Specific training is given for the first thirty days but not limited to
  • Ongoing GMP training
  • Ongoing SOP training will be conducted as needed
  • All training seminars are to be documented and signed by instructor and attendees
  • All new procedures will have a formal training session prior to being utilized by Citation Clinical Labeling Systems

Responsibilities – Include but not limited to:

  • Reports directly and is fully accountable to the Senior Manager of Operations
  • Interaction and support from Quality Assurance and Production
  • Complete as directed and in an accurate and timely manner all work assignments;
    perform the work as per the scheduled hours, and make the most effective use of their time and talent
  • Maintain in good order all records, paperwork, computer work, and receipts
  • Check shipping inventory and order as needed
  • Prepare paperwork for outgoing packages
  • Collect all receipts and incoming paperwork
  • Prepare each order as needed to ship including counting, sealing, rolling, and packaging
  • Check entire order against job paperwork prior to shipping
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the UPS and FedEx process

Measures of Performance

  • All label orders are shipped according to schedule
  • All departmental operating procedures are being followed
  • Errors in the work are held to an acceptable level
  • Keeping the Director of Operations on any important issues that the Shipping/Receiving staff is responsible for
